Just got a New Mogul, good sprint service expirience.
 

Just got back from the sprint service center and I have to say it was a good one, I got in about 4, dropped my phone off, chatted a little with them cause they all had moguls then at 445 picked up a new phone.

I took it in because my phone button wasnt working and the left Dpad was sporadic.

Good stuff. I also just got my bestskinsever shield in which makes it even nicer!

Mind you I had the insurance which makes everything so much easier and it didnt even count on my 3 per year quota!

Where did u get bestskinsever shield to fit your mogul? I looked on their site but could not find one for that phone? Which one did u get? thx

The last one is the mogul I think its the tmobile something

The sidekick or the Tmobile MDA? also did it fit your mogul perfectly?

The MDA, since most PocketPC devices have similar if not the same screen size. My impression is that the skin is for the screen only, not full body.

Just thought i would post about my good experience with sprint retentions.
I have been emailing them for around a month or two trying to get some satisfation for my mogul i was having a few minor issues with it nothing serious never had any bluetooth issues but i had a problem with other small things anyway i felt it was time for a new phone. I was to the point where sprint was going to give me a touch and let me keep my mogul but i turned that offer down because they said i would have to activate the touch. and i like my mogul better so after it came down to it they ended up sending me a brand new mogul in the box just as it would be in the store all i have to do is send them my old mogul. its nice to get a fresh new phone for nothing...yeah i did have insurance so it may have been that. that made it go so smooth. but im gonna leave this one stock for a while see how it operates with out any cabs.
