cant connect mogul???
 

i downloaded active sync stuff and connected it to usb port and it cant find it please help

activesync is very flaky - connection comes and goes for me all the time and makes absolutely no sense as to when it works - very tempermental ... anyway, make sure your firewall is set to allow this connection; what i suggest is to reboot your pc, disable firewall, connect mogul to establish sync partnership then turn back on your firewall and allow connection
