HTC theme question
 

I have downloaded the HTC task manager, but it does not seem to start up. Were is the install folder to activate it, I cannot find the folder anywhere. Also does anyone know where I can find an HTC comm manager for my Mogul. I have everything else on my phone, but the comm manager. I see there is one for the Kassier.
