XV6800 OEM Rom
I was wondering if there was a place where i could download the factory rom for the XV6800 from Verizon. I've searched all over, but nothing. I'm looking for this in case I ever brick my phone so i have something i know is stable to go to.
Thanks. |

Does anyone have any feedback on the Verizon ROM? What's included in it? How's Bluetooth?
|
i've used bluetooth a handful of times since receiving my device last week. i've not experienced any problems. admittedly, i don't use my headset as much these days since i'm not doing lower tier support anymore and i'm never really on-call for work.
that being said, can you give me a quick rundown of what the sprint users' problems were? i don't have time to scan through thousands of messages on the subject. i just keep hearing there were "tons of problems with bluetooth" on the mogul but i've never heard anyone speak of any one issue directly. |
I'm looking for Verizon OEM ROM as well with little luck...
checked in cokeman's folder and don't see it either. |

Well I guess I'm going back to OEM setup because I keep having problem with lockup after booting into Today screen... tried a few fresh rom updates but still does the same thing...
So what's the best order/way to do all this? I'm assuming... Radio/ROM/Locker ??? |
Here is the direct link to the ROM in ImCoKeMaN's folder.

I was trying to get back to OEM radio too and it said the ROM wasn't compatable with my device... I used the one from your folder blazingwolf....
is there another radio i should try using to get back to stock? |
tried OEM rom too and stuck at verizon screen booting :(

ooook put all the clues together from various differen threads and finally got back to OEM stock... for anyone stuck and found your way to this thread here are steps to get back to OEM from newer rom/radio:
1) Install OLD bootloader (2.40 wont work with old radio) 2) flash OEM radio 3) flash OEM rom (o/s) 4) run relocker |
ok so...
Ok, so i want to put my phone back to oem and i have downloaded all the files necessary and extracted them via winrar. Now i have some .nbh files. I dont think i have read anything regarding installing these types of files?? Can anyone explain just a little how to do so?? Also, i thought you ENTERED bootloader, not installed it.... :???: Thank you guys....
