Briked Mogul or not?
 

Hello well this happen to my father, he got this phone but he give the phon to somebody for change the rom, this person returnt the phone crazy, if we touch any part of the screen don't worked correctly so he take the phone to another guy and know the phone don't pass the htc presentation screen, I try everything and nothing, this is a lost case or I can do something'??? Well you have a few options, but I'd say the easiest would be to hard reset it. If you do that, you *might* have to get it reactivated but that really isn't too big a deal. I say *might* because sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. HARD RESET WILL WIPE ALL CONTACTS, MESSAGES, CALL LOGS, etc. To hard reset you hold down the two soft keys "they have the dot on them" and press the reset button at the same time.

I think the phone don't have any rom, and I can't install anything

The rom doesn't just vanish and if windows mobile can't load then of course you can't install anything. Did you try to hard reset?

what is the digitizer??? I try Hard reset still get stuck in the htc presentation

If you're still having problems, just load a rom on your own.

Download the file : RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_3.42.02_SPCS2.0 4_PPST_0619_Ship from the htc website or you can find it here on ppc geeks.

save it somewhere on your desk top. Put the phone in boot mode (hold camera, power, and reset.... the reset button is located under the micro SD card...use the stylus to poke it.)

connect the phone to your pc, and run the downloaded program. follow all the on screen instructions, your phone will restart and should be okay.
