Looking for 6700 drivers

Ive been searching different sites the last day and a half looking for the 6700 diag drivers to install on my mogul so I can change my spc using qpst but it seems that all the links to download them are either expired or dont exist anymore! Does anyone know where I can find them or at least point me in the right direction? Thanks
