Anyone who is super phone smart willing to devote some time to teaching me some stuff

I had a chat with Imcokeman last night and we talked about the real technical stuff on the mogul software wise. I'm looking for anyone who knows how to take the phones software apart (really those who make custom roms and whatnot) and ask them to shoot some emails with me on how they do it.

More or less what I want to do is learn how you guys do it, I'm a real technical person and like knowing how to do things so if there is something I can add on Ill do it.
