Connection failed...
 

Attempting to install QuickGPS.

After initial install 'To Device' I launched the program.

I was connected via Active Sync, and also had connecion via NoData 'enabled'

I selected 'download from the QuickGPS screen, but after a few seconds, it stated that the download failed due to no connection.

I am trying to install for a quicker GSP lock.

I have all the suggested parameters selected (phone 'on', baud 4800, etc...)

I have VisualGPSSe installed, but it takes well over 5 min for the program to lock on sats.

Is there a reason why QuickGPS would tell me that I have no connection and it wouldn't download latest info?

Assistance appreciated.

Got it, with much research, a couple downloads, tweaking, and a little patience.
