Help with Unlocker
 

Hi all!

I know this is probably because I am tired and missing something stupid, but I am pulling my hair out trying to get my Mogul unlocked. I would like to see if you guys could help me find what I am missing. I will post the exact instructions I take and hopefully you guys can help me. :mrgreen:

First I downloaded the Titanunlocker.exe and the titan_exitbl.exe
2. I plugged my device into my pc via USB and let activesync do it's thing
3. I open Titanunlocker.exe and click unlock
4. the screen changes to the BL on the phone with version SPL- 1.10
5. I then click ok and unplug and replug my device
6. I then open activesync and turn off USB connection
7. Then I run titan_exitbl.exe and my device restarts, enable USB , and I wait till activesync resyncs
8. After that I run the RUU and it tells me I am going from 2.09.651.3 to Titan-Hard-SPL
9. The BL comes up on the phone saying it is version 1.04
10. It then stays at 0% for a couple minutes (During that time activesync seems to either exit or crash)
11. Then RUU comes back with ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR

If you guys could please give me some input I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks in advance!!

Steps 6 and 7 only come after step 8.
