Is there a program to manage email?

I have a Yahoo email and 2 gmail accounts. I would really like a better program. Especially one that would let me mark ALL as read. Any suggestions?

Inbox Extender will allow the built-in Messaging app to include a Mark All as Read and Delete All options. You can find it here:

I haven't tried it out for a while, but you might try FlexMail by WebIS, the Pocket Informant people. It's supposed to be great for non-Exchange email accounts. It's not freeware, but you can try it out first before buying.
