What is the largest SD card I can use???

I just got my 6800, I am going to go ahead and get a bigger SD card. I was thinking about getting the 4 0r 6 gig, they seem pretty cheap on ebay I just want to make sure the phone will support the larger cards.

I can't answer the first part of your question. . . 2 gig is the largest I've tried. However, I've read many horror stories about memory cards from ebay on these forums. I bet if you searched for 'ebay' here, you'd find a bunch. Since these cards are so cheap this holiday season at reputible retailers, I'd stay away from ebay.

Just my $0.02. (combine that with another buck and you might get a cup of coffee)

If I did buy off of ebay it would be seal in factory packing. I will look around at other sites and check pricing. I really want a 4 or 6 so down the road I have plenty of storage.

Yep you can use as big as they come right now 6gb I believe, I haven't seen any 8gb yet.

For cards over 2gb you will need to download and install the SDHC drivers which are around here just do a search.

Like TrainSafe said there are lots of "Fake" cards on Ebay, they go as far as printing up fake packaging, fake printing on the cards, and even fake programming them so they even read in your pc that they are a certain size but really aren't when you try to put stuff on them.

That said, you can almost always closely determine an Ebay sellers credability from reading their feedback.

I personally would go to fatwallet.com or slickdeals.net in the hot deals section and do searches you will always find the absolute best deals going on anywhere.

6GB works great with the 2.16 ROM. If you are running the 2.09 ROM, you will need to install drivers for the larger capacity cards. Search the forum for sdhc.777.cab. I would link it for you bur I'm writing this on my Mogul. If you can't find it, PM me and I'll send it to you.
