How do I copy my contacts to my computer

I didn't include this in my activesync set up. I was wondering if there was a manual way to copy the contacts to the computer? I have outlook, but don't know how to import from the phone. Where are the contacts stored on the phone? Any help?
thanks in advance

go to Tools > Options and check Contacts and click OK. Click on the sync button and follow the prompt to combine or overwrite contacts and you should be good to go.

Are you looking to sync your contacts or just to have a backup. If your just trying to back it up, I would recommend PPCPIMBackup, which has a pretty big thread over at XDA or you can down load it from PcketPCFreeware. BTW the contacts are stored in a file called pim.vol in the root of your device, but copying it over will not do you much good
I never use active sync because it always gives me double and triple contacts
