background of phone

how come when i put a picture on the background of my mogul, it shows me a very lighter version of the picture. its like 5 shades lighter. anyone have any ideas?

Transparancy. When I set a image as my BG and am not just using a theme it ask me to set the transparancy lvl of that image before the background is applied. If you don't get this option I sugest you just download and use a theme.

Mega also has a very nice site that provides themes by request. But hook him up and at least click on an add or something.

thats odd, i have the same phone as you. i should have the same options. thanx for the response though.

I had that problem as well, instead of selecting a background from "Today" setting, Use "Pictures and Videos", find the background you would like and select i think its menu, its the lower right soft button for options or tap and hold on the picture and select "Use as Today screen..." its something like that. it will then as you for a transparency %, set to 0 and you're all set.
