alltel rom Question

Has anybody been able to fix the alltel bluetooth problem and not add anything else to the rom, i love my alltel stuff and would like to be able to use any bt headset with my phone, sorry if someone has already asked this but been a bit since i was on the boards and i know stuff that isn't popular drops way down the board..

What bluetooth "fix" did you make that with?

In testing the 2.14 rom with aku .7 still had the DSOD from standby, and the BT Vogue stack failed to a) initialize or b) pair depending on how much was pulled in from 2.16's OEMDrivers.

I'd love to hear a different report though, as I personally favor the 2.14 rom of all the HTC releases, but the standby issue made it the least stable.

I might be confused then. What specifically did you pull? (which specific bt drivers?) because that would actually be something I never tried. The entire "ithinkwegotsit" OEM is 2.09, and I don't think anyone tried pulling 2.09 bt into 2.14 and testing the results.

Has anyone tried this for fixing the failed return from standby?

Zeurx: for reference, the BT drivers in the "ithinkwegotsit" rom *are not* the fix. The fix was actually changing the entire core (aku 0.7.0 and sys 1933). The drivers were left untouched from 2.09.

and about the BSOD, i found that just removing the memory stick and putting it back in will wake the device, although i rarely have a problem with this

I tryed removing my Micro card and this does not wake the device when it is loced due to BT issue, it has to be soft reset.. I love the stock alltel rom just minus the BT issue..
