Phone Is Not Responding...bs Im Pissed

Yea All of a Sudden my usb port where u charge it at just stop working all of a sudden i can't connect it to my computer, my car charger, or home charger I have to rig it up so it can charge...I have insurance any suggestions of what if possible i can do?

bring it in to the repair store nearest to you and if they cant repair in like an hor i think it is they give you a new one!!

yeah do a hard reset, take it to a sprint reapir store like stated above, if they cant fix the problem they will give you a new device. i had this happen with the 6700 a couple times. insurance is a blessing in disguise.

Same thing is going on with mine, started yesterday, unfortunately its Thanksgiving and I am without my phone until tomorrow and will be forced out on black Friday.
