Help - Skype Doesn't Work On Ppc-6800

I was so happy today when sprint they upgrade my phone for free from 6700 to PPC-6800. First think what I didn't like it was the stereo jack connector what is missing and I can't listen XM live in my car via internet connecting my fm transmitter to the phone...
The day got bad when I reinstall my skype phone line on my phone like I was using before on my ppc-6700 with no problems, and I find out on PPC-6800 is installing with no problems, it connects on internet, you can call and receive calls BUT people they can't hear you and you can't hear them ...That's mean the audio & mic don't work with the new phone ...Please can anybody has solution how the problem can be fixed, because that's was the reason why did I join Sprint to be able to have hi-speed internet and using all my calls over VOIP . Thank you
