What do you mean with paths? I mean, a file path is basically the location of the file, for example \Program Files\Marsware\Weatherpanel in Weatherpanel's case.

If that's what you mean, what do you mean by changing it? What exactly do you want to do?

Thanks for the reply Pibe....what I'm trying to do is change the activity of certain icons on my today screen. For explain...I'm using the HTC home screen w/ the big clock and it wont open my Audio Manager or WMP...claims the exe file canot be trusted...etc. etc.

I've read threads of ppl being able to reroute icons and the word "paths" seem to keep coming up...Again I appreciate the help...

The path is like the icon's 'driving directions' and the destination is usually the .exe. Sometimes an icon won't point to an .exe or the 'driving directions' are wrong. Sometimes there's an extra 'turn' (folder), a folder is misspelled, or any number of things.

ex:
\Program Files\Marsware\extra folder\Weatherpanel extra folder
\Program Files\Marsware\Whetherpanel misspelled

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ome+customizer

If you want to muck with the HTC home screen use the customizer. This will allow you to change your media player, change tabs, icons etc.

The link above will take you to a thread discussing the home plugin modifier.
