Exclamation might be a dumb question but here ya go

well im kinda new at this flashing the rom thing and im wondering if since i have sprint and i unlock it and put a new rom...i can use other roms and use other service provider custom rom's and will my network stay with sprint, it wont mess anything up?

people with sprint are using alltels ROM

Yes, If you unlock your mogul with the bootloader found on here or XDA developers, You can put any other rom made for a 6800 "mogul" on it, Regardless of carrier. Being current CDMA phones attempt to program themselves over the air, You shouldn't have to change any settings to get it to connect to your native network. (for example, If you load Alltel's rom on a Sprint 6800, all the settings are fine, But just named for alltel, Which you can go in and change back to say "Sprint PCS" or whatever.)

Will unlocking the rom allow me to load a Sprint rom onto a Qwest Mogul?
