try restarting your computer then connecting your mogul to the computer again. for some reason this happens with me from time to time and restarting the computer always fixes it. I think that I remember reading something on one of the posts here about needing to click on the little icon in the bottom right corner of the computer to "safely remove this device" when disconnecting the mogul, but I have only seen this icon a few times. Usually I just unplug it when I am done
hope this helps
Jay

unhook your titan from USB
Go to Start>Settings>Connections Tab> USB to PC
Uncheck the box that says "Enable advanced network....."
Hook your titan back up.

Also
Make sure that Windows Mobile Device Manager is started and that you are running the latest version.

Also try deleting the Activesync partnership and re-creating it.

Do not uncheck advanced network settings in your mogul. You need to use a USB port directly attached to the MD. The titan is a power hog. Once you plug it in it tries to draw a large amount of power to initiate the trickle charge. Bottom line is you need a strong powered USB point which is usually the port on a MB

Is it synching up?

I had to uncheck advanced network settings to get my phone to synch and be recognized. All of my USB Ports are on my MB.... so that theory is out the window.

have you tried the Vista drivers?

Theres a thread on here that has them, But the main post with some good install instructions are at MoDaCo. (The process was designed for people wanting to flash a rom from within vista, But its been noted that this driver can fix sync issues as well)

Also, Make sure to un-install any WM devices from your device manager. (make sure to un-check that "hide phantom devices" option too.)
