What am I doing wrong?

IT WORKED! Ok, ImCokeMan, I did create the directory first and still had no luck. Then I checked the properties of that folder with all the files, and it was marked read only for C:\Tempttn. I said what the hell and unchecked that box. Also, I'm not sure if that did it or what, but I downloaded another copy from the other website listed. Before, I just got the titanunlocker.exe from ppcgeeks FTP. I applied both of those and ran in one more time. This time I saw 1.20 and the Hard SPL your talking about... Thanks for everything!

give me the link to the other unlocker u got and i didnt check to see if the folder was read only or not so i will do that

Im a loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cant load a rom for nothing/ when i activate the hart file from within my phone / i get the 1.10
spl BUT if i do a manual bootload via power + camera +soft reset i get 1.04 spl
i now get "connect" error and something about reading file error.
sometimes i make it to the grey loading bar but never moves beyond that/ not on that my phone appears to show up as a gateway on my computer now when i plug it in(lovely)
i think that there is software on my computer which is interfering/ i tried it on another computer i have but still no luck/
this suks everyone is loading and unloading custom roms and i stuck like chuck/ im about to sell this one and buy me a verizon 6800//
anyone want to buy a mogul for $200
