HTC Mogul Not Connecting to PC
 
Hello, I have a HTC Mogul and when I connect it to the PC, nothing happens, it won't read it at all, and when I try to connect using active sync, nothing happens, can someone help me, I even tried the USB to PC settings and unchecked the advanced network functionality, but nothing works, can someone please help me, thanks

If you change the connection setting to treat the Phone like a USB Drive does it work?

Have you tried switching cables?

Is activesync on the PC confured to look at the USB port?

THanks, that worked perfectly, it is under connections and then USB to pc.
