Change ringtone/vibrate/LED flash characteristics?????

I have tried a few times to change the ring and vibration but every time I put the specified vibrate length, ring, and wait time it goes right back to the original settings. I'm using the PHM regedit and doing exactly what it says in the reg tweaks post. Any help would be appreciated on how to change it and have it work.

i would like to know the same too. I have also tried what was said in the reg edit forum but didnt work either. I want to change the ring and vibrate characteristics from a long continuous vibrate to some sort of vibrate pulse pattern

I know. Does it do the same thing where when you go to settings to preview it doesn't work and then when you go back to the regedit script spot its changed back to it original default preset?

Just tried on mine. If I regedit the changes and then call the phone, the regedited settings work, but, if you then go into settings for incomming call notifications to verify, when you hit OK, you are changing them back to THOSE settings.
