Sprint 6800 and Bluetooth with Pioneer Avic-D3

i had the sprint 6700 which was very buggy (crashing, etc BUT the handsfree with with this pioneer bt unit worked flawlessly with jetware.
In fact it would auto connect as soon as i turn on the car.

now i just got the 6800 which fixes some of the flaws of the 6700 BUt the bluetooth will not pair up! It worked ONCE but after that i cant even pair up
with the bt unit. Just says wrong passcode or connection failed. I am using 0000 and tried using the keypad as well as the on screen kb so i know im typing in 0000.

I've cleared the ROM and i have the latest firmware...still no luck. I read somewhere that there is just a bad lot of theses phone but it pairs fine with my motorola headset!

For those of you that got the 6800 to work, what ROM are you using? this really sucks.
