Remember the Letter Recognizer (SIP) After Reset

I primarily use the Letter Recognizer for text input, but after I do a soft reset it defaults back to the stylus keyboard (which is pretty pointless if you ask me). Is there a registry hack to set the default input to Letter Recognizer?
