Titan SD card limit...
 

PPC6800 running DCD 4.1.2

Need to upgrade SD card.

Is there a SD card size limit with this phone / ROM combo?
Will it recognize the SDHC?
Do I need to install an SDHC driver with the DCD 4.1.2, or not? If yes, can you provide a link for the current driver

I don't know the official spec, but just today I installed an 8GB micro-SDHC in my PPC6800 and it seems to work fine. I'm on the plain-Jane WinMo 6.1.

You can use any SD or SDHC card which makes your limit 32GB if you plan to use it...At current market price 32gb is only class 2 and costs 200$ as a 16gb class 6 can go for 30$ on a deal.

As for driver, there was one before but the latest DCD should have it built in. Only limitation to SDHC is it will not recognize it in bootloader I think so you can't do Flash from SD card method..and that is about it.

The SD card limit is on the OS. WM 6.1 can see up to 32 gigs.

There's a SDHC driver cab somewhere....

but just try the new sd card, if it does not work, install that driver cab and bam, it'll work.
