HTC audio manager...TRIM wont work

Im trying to make a ringtone with HTC audio manager. I click trim to trim it, and it gets highlighted and all appears to be normal. Except nothing else happens. Anybody have an idea of what's going on here? Thnx

Nobody has any ideas? I've searched here, XDA, sprintmogulforum...I see numberous posts about the issue but no resolution? I had this program working fine on my last Mogul. What gives

install the proggy to main memory, not storage card. hip hip horray!
