Try deleting the activesync partnership on your PC.

Then try again.

if you are using active sync on xp open it up and go to file\connection settings
make sure you have the "Allow usb Connections" Checked

Check your USB connector on both the cable and Mogul side. My last Mogul kept bending the pins of USB connectors, and the center plastic piece of the Mogul's USB port finally broke off.

Have you tried disabling the "Enable advanced network functionality" under the USB to PC connection settings?
This helped my issue with connecting via USB.

hi, im no expert. and i think this is my first post, but i had the same thing happen to me yesterday. So i uninstalled activesync, reinstalled, soft resetted computer and ppc, and it worked. and make sure u uncheck "Enable advanced network functionality" under the USB to PC connection settings first.

Like i said im no expert, but this is what worked for me :P
