general help

Ok 2 questions since the people on here are apparently PPC geniuses...

1. I can't get my phone to stop capitalizing the first letter of the sentence in messaging. I've checked the box and unchecked the box under Settings but no matter what I am still messaging like a schoolteacher...

2. The message received time is an hour ahead of the actual time -- I can't find where to fix this.

Try soft resetting if you haven't already. There's another thread from this weekend where people are having problems with time settings since the end of daylight savings time.
When you go back to settings after making the change, is the box reset to capitalize again?
If so, select to not capitalize, wait a minute, then soft reset.

Ok I tried the soft reset with the capitalize box unchecked and when I got back into settings it's still unchecked but still capitalizing. Thanks for the help tho dar
