Yesterday I put the phone in my pocket when I took the phone out I noticed there was something missing!!!!

you guys think I can get my phone replaced?


I never use these 2 soft keys I have no clue how this happen...

I doubt it, I have never used my TEP coverage (knock on wood) but that looks more broken (accidental) than if the whole piece had fallen off.

They may let you cover it under insurance, meaning you'd have to pay the deductible (isn't $50?). But I doubt they'll just replace it since they probably tell you it broke because of something you did; even if you didn't... I'm just saying this from the way it looks.

Be sure to fight with them to get you a new phone and not some crappy refurb.

yeah thats cosmetic...unless you get a good rep they will direct you right to assurion...50 bux to get it replaced.

the whole thing came off a few days ago and I put a back with glue lol... oh well lets see what happen I will give it a try this afternoon...
