Old ROM up at america.htc.com

I just went to the download site at http://www.america.htc.com/support/m...downloads.html and it only links me to the old ROM, could this be a clue to the new update?

The new ROM was removed from both HTC America sites. This one always had v2.09 on it.

Also, use the official thread stuck to the top of the forum to discuss this.
