bluetooth isues with bell

hello

i have a htc 6800 and i am with bell. my problem is that bell allows you to recieve files through bluetooth but i cant send anything to another ppc. i think that bell blocks this some way or another. i was wonderring if there was any way to get this isue resolved.
please help me i just got this phone and i cant even use it properly.

Bluetooth Problems

hello

Make sure both phones are set to receive incoming beams, and this will fix your problem.

Bluetooth

I Did That But It Still Does Not Allow Me To Bluetooth To Anyone Else. I Called Bell ( My Carrier) And They Let Me Know That They Dont Allow Sending Files Or Music Or ... With Bluetooth. They Told Me They Block It. I Would Like To Know If There Is Something I Can Do To Change That.
