go to file explorer the my device folder has a file called "pim" thats ur phone book and call logs just copy it to ur storage card and then replace it after you do what you need to do. I think you might have to rename it when your trying to put it back like to "pim123" and then rename it back to just "pim". Some guy at sprint told me this

i use mail2web, when i hard reset, i just go into activesync, re enter my info, and it downloads all my contacts, events, calender items, everything i need, then i re-install apps.

I always had luck with Spb Backup I tried Sprite back up and its no good
also recommend ppcpimbackup for contact/call logs/emails

PIMbackup works great small, single executable file.
Backs up contacts, appointments, messages, and some other fun stuff. Works with WM5 and WM6. (used personally) Thanks , K, Byez! |

I tried this but cant get rid of the default pim and it will not open my pim?
