Pandora mutes itself after the first song is played in the car

Stock rom 3.35.651.2 on my mogul and when i run pandora in my car through a tape adapter, after the first song played i hear no more sound but pandora still thinks its playing. if i pull the headphone cord out of the mogul, it starts playing through the phone speaker and if i plug it back in, it plays fine thorught the stereo again but then mutes itself when the song ends. this means if i want to listen to pandora while i drive, i have to unplug and replug my mogul everytime a song ends. very annoying and dangerous. has anyone else run into this? other programs like wmp and tcpmp play files and streams seamlessly but i like pandora for the mix. Please help. my pandora does not do this with bluetooth headphones

i came across this as well a few months ago while i was trying to listen in using headphones. I thought it was my loose connection from the adapter and never looked into it again.

ive tried multiple adapters. it seems to happen with anything that goes through the mini usb port including headphones

theres currently a thread with a possible 'fix" to this issue at xda. not sure if it will help, but might take slight modification to the adaptor. i posted about this issue earlier today in their titan upgrades forum.
