Vista wmdc.exe

I wanna get this new sprint rom on my phone, buttttt, since wmdc is crap i cant. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and got a fix for it. I got it to pair only once with my phone and thats it. Now every time i click the .exe all i get is the little loading circle for a couple of seconds, and thats it, if i go to processes i see it in there but, on my desktop it shows nothing.

Now while my phone is connected i go to device manager and it reads the phone, HTC USBSync, i dunno, but i just feel like punching everything lmao. been messing with this thing allllll day, and accomplished nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated, and if this is somewhere that i havnt come across in the search please post here and close the topic.
