Phone Volume Resets itself when I receive a call

Here's a discription of the problem I'm having: I'll turn the phone volume up all the way, it stays up intell someone calls me then it goes back to default so when it rings the volume is only at about half way turned up. Sometimes cant here it ringing and miss a call. It does this with both my custome ring tone and the default. I have SPB Shell and Photo Contacts Pro running on the today screen. Also using the old rom. Any ideas?

make sure the profile settings in phot contacts pro arent on or interfering with your settings

That was it. I never set any profiles but when I went to the profiles tab the disable profiles was bold so there must have been something set. I clicked on the disable profiles tab and no longer is it bold and it works fine.
