I have a old ROM ver 2.09 on a Sprint PPC 6800
 
I have a old ROM ver 2.09 and would like to upgrade to newest ver but the HTC site is does not have it. Where and how can I update this old phone??

what is the latest supported win version for the Sprint Mogul? Is it 6.1

The latest is what I gave you and it is 6.1. 6.5 will never officially be released for the mogul. You can get it through custom roms.
