On my THIRD mogul..
 

due to stupid things breaking i am now on my third mogul. I got this one about two weeks ago and already its having problems.. what are the chances of ur friends at sprint switching me out for the touch? any thoughts or do i just have to put up with switching out my mogul every month or so?

My friends at Sprint say "no". Sorry.

But my mailman said "sure, no problem."

I say if u are having issues just switch it out everytime something breaks/messes up. Eventually they will give you a different phone besides the Mogul IF you are lucky....

i hope they do something.. i mean i love my mogul, but i hate having to deal with replacing every month.

What exactly is breaking? No offense, but either you have really bad luck... or there's something you shouldn't be doing ;)

Im on my fith mogul. And Sprint refuses to give me another mogul and said Ship it to HTC and have them repair whatever is wrong with it. Any chance they will give ME a Touch?

i was told yes coz i am with in my 30 day exchange this is what was told to me i have been with sprint for like 6mo but i got a new mogul and i told them i wanted the touch and like 5 prople told me that i would be with in the 30 day exchange so call back on the 4th and they would be happy to do it for me so i guess every time u get a new phone u have 30 days to like ur phone and if u don't like then get one u do
