How can i transfer my contacts from my 6800 to my pc?

How can i transfer my contacts from my 6800 to my pc? I want to reset my phone but it takes for ever to add all my contacts can i just save them and add the file when i complete my reset?

I use Yahoo to Go! to back up my stuff. It will duplicat items occasionally, but all in all it's pretty good.
