How to add htc thunderbolt meid to metropcs??

I have a thunderbolt already flash to metro and all i need is the meid added to the meteo system, since it starts with 99 i cant but when i convert it it gives me others number, but they dont work eaither, plz help thanks.

get a metro pcs phone that nobody needs , Copy that meid

Open CDMA WS ..
Go to Security tab
paste it in where it says meid and write it HTC method to your device.
