My Snap will not load up fully... HELP

I just tried to turn on my snap after turning it off for about a month and now it gets stuck on black screen with HTC SNAP across the scree, I have power cycled he phone fully charged it and then i have even tried t install the new software but it will not sync with my computer any help will be appreciated! im about to throw it across the room!
