You left the Pro/Pro 2 for the snap, in heavens name why? just curiousity?
I moved from the Touch Pro to the Intrepid, which is the same body shape.

I moved mainly because although the Pro is a great phone, I liked the Intrepid/Snaps ability to operate with one hand.

as a safety precaution I recommend you back up all your files to a memory card so even if they ge lost, you can always reinstall them.

Re: WM6.5 Custom ROM Now Available for Sprint Snap (S511)

Does anyone have a complete zip file of the HardSPL for the Sprint HTC Snap that they can share? The download link over at xda-developers is not functioning properly, it is only allowing partial download of the HardSPL file. If you have the full HardSPL, can you please post it here?

Thanks,

The complete HardSPL finally downloaded (after 3 days of trying!). I'm good to go now.

Just curious but does the snap have the wifi sharing capabilities of some of the other HTC phones if the new rom is installed?

Re: WM6.5 Custom ROM Now Available for Sprint Snap (S511)

I'm new to this but not to computers and I can't figure it out. I've flashed what I thought was supposed to be 6.5 and I just keep ending up with 6.1. There needs to be more detailed write up for this I the instructions feel very incomplete for a newbie.
