Sending picture mail glitch?
 

Hello,

I recently purchased the HTC Snap (sprint) and am having one issue. When I take a picture, a little d-pad appears on the screen. The left choice is to send this picture via mms. Upon selecting this, the picture mail window opens. Now here is the problem. At the top is the to: field, and if I start to type in this field it shows me the special characters and not the letters, nor does it auto fill the contact from the phone book (like it does when composing a new sms message). Anyone else having this issue?

oem rom, outa the box....it defaults to the 'number' function when you first try to type, so it is expecting you to input a phone number. If you want to select a contact from your contact list, while your cursor is still blinking in the 'to: field' press your center ok button on your d-pad, your contact list will pop, then you can select a contact by scrolling or typing the first letters of their name. Seems like the same procedure when sending sms and email.
