Ring Tone Error
 

Does anyone know how to fix the ring tone error? I downloaded the firmware update and I now can changed the ring tone at all. Not even to the default ringer I press done and it says error this setting can't be saved. Hard reset didn't fix it either.

Finally fixed this by going to an older rom and updating again only way I was able to get rid of the problem.

I'm running into the same error. How did you get the older ROM that you eventually went back to?

Hello

I see you stated in the thread you went back to an older ROm to correct this HTC Snap ringtone/wallpaper error.

Just so everyone knows, this does effect changing wallpaper and keeps stating "unable to set picture as home screen wallpaper"

Can you please explain how you did this. Any info would be greatly appreciated

For some reason, they call it Verizon's rom on xda's website:
[9-30-2009 Verizon Wireless Ozone ROM 1.14.651.1] (OS ONLY)

But the actual download file is named this:
RUU_Commander_WM61_SPRINT_WWE_1.14.651.1_refry.rar

The reason why I am installing this is because of the Firmware update made things much worse for Sprint HTC Snap owners.
