Why are all my birthdays/anniversaries behind by one day??

I just noticed that all my birthdays/anniversaries behind by one day. I've searched the net and found numerous people with the same issue but no one knows why or how to fix it other than manually editing all of them, which will take a long time. It makes no sense that this is happening, since my clock, calendar, & time zone on my phone and computer are the same. The dates are correct in my Contacts of Outlook 2003 (I refuse to upgrade to 2007 because I use it at work and it's a POS!).

So, if anyone has any info on this very rare Microsoft glitch *snicker*, I would highly appreciate it.

I just battled with this for over an hour...this is what seems to have worked with no ill effects so far:

In Outlook - Tools - Options- Preferences tab - Calendar Options - Time Zone, uncheck the DST box. Don't ask me...
