Slow media transfer

I have had a look round the forums using the 'search' - before anyone suggests it.
I am adding some tunes to my storage card via windows media player and it is taking minutes per track. Does anyone have any suggestions for settings I may have got wrong?

Problem solved - please move post to 'I am an idiot'. There is an option within WMP on the phone to change connection speeds and it was set at 33kbps.
