ATT TILT - cant receive mms
 

I have gullums throttle diamond I multilanguage rom for htc kaiser installed:
-rom 3.54.00.00 wwe
-radio 1.71.09.01
-proto 25.75.40.02

Ive installed arcsoft v5.0.31.19 and can send MMS but not receive. I have the correct server settings and proxy disabled. Would love some advice on this issue! Ive heard there is arcsoft v5.0.31.20 and v5.0.31.25 but the only download ive found was the .25 VZW for the titan..not sure if upgrading would help but any advice appreciated.
