MMS probs

Don't know if it's my phone or service but anybody have problems sending mms pics? It seems when I send them to alltel they either never get them or like a day later. Oh I have a tilt with ATT

not pics, but videos. i have been having issues with videos, but that may be because i messed with some registry settings.
