I can tell you how I did it on my Apache. I just got my Kaiser today so I haven't had time to install the today screen yet but I am assuming it would be the same.

Navigate to:
\\HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCHome\Weather\Settings

Change your values for:
Location = Charleston, US
LocationCode = NAM|US|SC|CHARLESTON

Then soft reset
Should work...let me know

Go to www.accuweather.com
input your city into the search engine (don't abbreviate Mt.)
you will get this:
http://www.accuweather.com/us/%20mi/...traveler=0&u=1

Your codes for your city are then NAM|US|MI|MOUNT-PLEASANT

The NAM stands for North America

The link works above for your city but the forums are truncating it. Use some common sense and I am sure you will be able to figure out how I got the codes
Hope this helps you.

No weather

Yes Chico, I get the same thing. Since about 1 or 2 months ago the today weather don't work. What's up with that? Also can't figure out how to change to another city but I guess it don't matter if the thing don't work.

TRY THIS:

Edit your registry as follows:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/COMM/Tcpip/Hosts
You will see a htc.accuweather.com entry here. Delete it

Let me know if this works for you. I found this elsewhere here but don't remember from whom.
