Custom vs Factory Default

Does anyone know if a Factory Default hard reset is different from the Custom configuration reset option? I looked for about 10 mins before posting this to make sure I didn't dupe a post, so hopefully this hasn't been posted yet.

Re: Custom vs Factory Default

I did a custom configuration reset and it screwed up my imagio. Finally verizon replaced my phone. I did factory default before & it worked.

Re: Custom vs Factory Default

I've done a custom before, only because I was afraid I'd lose TF3D or any of the other stuff I use and like. Did you lose any of that with the Factory Default?

Re: Custom vs Factory Default

Factory Default should be exactly the way the phone shipped to you when you got it. TF3D and all.
