Mapping power key?

I have tried advanced configuration tool, the built in tool for xdashutdown and a few other methods, i cant seem to find a setting / change the long power down path to xdashutdown instead of the stock shutdown menu.

Re: Mapping power key?

I couldn't get it to work either. I modified the left soft key "Lock" to run the xdashutdown.

Left SoftKey
HKLM\Software\HTC\manila\HomeLSKPath
\Program Files\xdaShutdown\xdaShutdown.exe

HKLM\Software\HTC\manila\HomeLSKText
Lock

Re: Mapping power key?

I currently have it mapped to the multimedia key, even though i may map that to camera and make an invisible soft key for xdashutdown in the left.

Id rather just remap the power button.. no one has figured this out yet?

Re: Mapping power key?

You can use this to get a tap @ hold function on the menu button, just keep the tap box uncheck if you don't want to change the menu function.
